The last watch i bought was a $400 Seiko. I like precision in my life. The Seiko gave me that, except, I needed NUMBERS on my watch. My Seiko's band pins kept breaking. So, after 4 years, a gift certifcate later, and a craving for a bigger DIVE-STYLE chronograph-with-date watch I searched. This watch is weightless, sturdy, elegant but not gawdy. I use it to time my boiling eggs, toast pizza, bake, hold my breath, flash for the girls. I wish the DATE would be larger or more visible, but it's still just fine. The sapphire crystal is impervious. I like how practically elegant it makes me feel.
