I just recieved my Bushnell Trophy Cam in the mail yesterday and got it all set up. I takes OK videos (nothing like on the Bushnell website) but wont take a picture. I've tried everything and know its not just user error. I have wanted a trail camera for years now but have been hesitant to buy one because every 3rd or 4th review (all brands) the camera didnt work from the start. Looks like I got one of those bad ones. The quality control on these things must be horrible. I'll be sending it back soon and have to deal with the infamous customer support.

I got mine a week ago and haven't had much luck with it. I just put in my third set of lithium batteries. When I turn it on, it just shoots pictures or videos until the card is full which uses up the batteries. The 2 gb card holds 2500 photos at 3 mp and 57 ten second video clips BTW. I put it in a dark room with nothing moving and it does the same thing so I know it's not from the wind blowing. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if it is malfunctioning right out of the box. If I can't get it to work right I think I'll send the piece of junk back for a refund.

Great product that takes great pictures in the daytime and fairly decent at night.
Great battery life and recommeng it.
