This game provides a great way for a family or group of friends to enjoy music, especially the Beatles' music. Reasonable choice of Beatles songs to pick from with a range from simple to very difficult.

The Beatles are great fun for the entire family, however it's spoiled by the Rock Band Version 1 drum kit that's included. We've had ours just over a month and two of the pads have broken. First, the wire soldered to a piezo pickup in the center of one pad came loose - it required a bit of disassembly and soldering to get it working. About a week later, the tiny wire from another pad snapped off the connector where it plugs into a pc board; my guess is that it had been crushed when it was manufactured and simply snapped loose because of vibration. I had to disassemble the connector and solder the wires directly to the board.
Both of these problems could have been prevented by using higher quality wire and connectors. It would cost perhaps an extra dollar but would save thousands of hours of customer frustration and possibly millions of dollars in store returns.
Harmonix, get your act together and give us value for our hard earned money.

This was bought as a B-day gift and has bee a real pleasure. Game arrived quicker than anticipated and was in perfect (new) condition.
