There isn't a lot to write about this. I bought it and I've been using it ever since. It's small and compact and doesn't take up much space in my computer bag. In my opinion, every shuffle should come with one of these. It's built well, and has lasted. Rating: - Never received Item I ordered this dock from Carrot Idea in July. They took the money off my debit card and never sent me the dock. It is still showing "in process" on their website and it is November. I have emailed customer service numerous times with no response. I reported them to the BBB. There is no phone number to contact them either Rating: - Works Perfect!! i got mine last year and it still works like it did a year ago perfect for a shuffle i recomend it to everyone Rating: - Awesome replacement at a reasonable price After 7 months, the metal prong of my original dock bent during a recent trip. Straightening the metal prong made it inoperable. I've traveled w/ it for months w/ no problems. It's ridiculous that Apple wants $30 for something so poorly made. I bought a Dilo dock w/ an AC adapter & it didn't work. I just got this product last night & it works great. I'm going to order 2 more to serve as backups. Rating: - Well-made; does the job; light-weight and portable I've only had it for a few days so far, but it works just fine with my old Mac laptop and my iPod wall charger. It feels well-made - I might end up buying a second one. I debated between this and the IncipioBud, and I chose this because it has a little bit of cabling, which gives it some flexibility that the IncipioBud does not have. If it gets bumped, there's a bit better chance that nothing will snap off than with a completely solid part (as with the IncipioBud). I have nothing against the IncipioBud - the cabling is just what gave this product an advantage in my mind. The only disadvantage is that it's a bit more expensive than the IncipioBud, but overall, Carrot Idea did a good job with this one. see more
