Comments: Received an email that the item was shipped on 26 Feb 2010. I still have not received the item, normally APO shipping takes 10-14 days to deliver. I have never had a package take over 20 days for delivery. The other item ordered the same day from a different supplier and shipped the same day as this item arrived after 7 days! Something is fishy here!

Comments: The product description was incomplete, and left out really important details, such as you, or your doctor in an emergency, CANNOT print out all of your extensive medical information stored on the USB port. THIS IS A HUGE DESIGN FLAW and it was not clear from the product description that I would be unable to print out the info. If it had been, I never would have purchased it.
