Hi Mark, I just went through all your photo's at Flicker, wow, you have a beautiful family, you are truly blessed. I saw your ad on EMOO for the apt. and forwarded to my husband who is in Bermuda now (I'm back in Toronto going to school)needless to say we need to downsize from our current location in Bermuda.
I hope he gives you a call.
Nice to see your Bermuda photo's, I just got back to Toronto 2 days ago after spending a very "cold" week on the rock :) just wanted to leave you this note.

Thanks for the comment, Lena.

As you know, Bermuda is a small place, and based on your description, I think I had a conversation with your husband earlier today. ;)

Hi Mark

We are a married non smoking english couple who work down the road at the southampton princess. We would be long term tenants. I do not want to waste your time and would like to know is the price negotiable and if so by how much?

Kind regards

Andi

Jeane:

Hi Mark-

I am a successful professional with a fatal flaw as a tenant- I have a large dog...now, he is very well behaved, he tends to be pretty laid-back and quiet, and I would even be willing to pay a higher security deposit, pay for tile in areas that are carpeted- really, almost anything to be able to keep my dog. He's a great watchdog in terms of alerting to strangers, but he is as soft as grass when it comes to being approached. I would also be willing to pay for invisible fencing if there was some yard space to keep him in while I was at work.

I am quiet, never have loud parties or loud music playing, I have a car so I would have to have an assessment #. I am Bermudian as well, so I would prefer a long term rental rather than having to pick up and move after only a short time. I would be a great tenant, I can fix most small problems myself- I don't like to be bothered any more than any one else, and I don't like to be a bother either. I'm the kind of person who would rather chew their left arm off than ask for help, so please consider me and my dog. We're a really cute couple, and I'm very responsible. I could provide references upon request in terms of character, etc.- and I would be most willing to pay rent on a direct deposit basis.

Thanks in advance for your consideration-

Jeane

Hi Mark,

Do you accept pets?

We are both from USA (Arizona). Have been in BDA several years and would be long term tenants.
