Dinner and a Movie:
Happy Hour Sushi at Harbourfront and 0% of a French Movie

After work we went for happy hour at Harbourfront Restaurant on Front Street. We had some sushi, which was quite good (spicy tuna rolls, spicy salmon, wahoo, and a few others).

We were siitng on the patio (second floor), right next to this tiny boat:

Tonight we decided to go to yet another film screening at the Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute (BUEI). This time the movie "Seducing Dr Lewis" was presented by the French Language Association in Bermuda. This film is actually a French-Canadian movie, and after reading a few very good reviews, we were willing to give another try to "movies at the BUEI".

Unfortunately, this time the DVD Player / Projection system began to have technical difficulties. We were not able to get any video, and only heard the audio. After about 30 minutes of trying to get things working, they sent everyone home. Hopefully they will show the movie again sometime in the future, as we wouldn't mind seeing this film.

Here is a link to one of the reviews.

I'd heard they play movies at the BUEI. Is that a weekly or monthly thing? I may have to check it out.

Mark:

The french movies are once every three months, I think. I think BIFF shows movies there every month. (I just checked the web site, it looks liek yesterday there was a showing....missed it) :)
