Whale Bay Park

Whale Bay Park is on the western end of Bermuda, close to the Port Royal golf course. It is called Whale Bay because they used to launch whaling missions from here, not because you can see whales from here. There is a small beach at the base of a cliff, and trail along the shoreline. The water is beautiful and turquoise here.

We walked along the trail to the site of the ruins of an old fort that sits on the end of Port Royal golf course. Golf balls can come flying into the fort, so you need to be careful.
