Well, Kelly won. No surprise there. Jenn did well in the boardroom sessions, but she was just way too abrasive to lead effectively.
Some would say that she only appeared abrasive because she's a woman -- that the same behavior would be lauded as "decisive" or "assertive" in a man. I think that's nonsense. She clearly had poor people skills, regardless of her gender.
Besides, her idea-stealing tactic most certainly was not a case of mere decisiveness or assertiveness. If she had better people skills, she would have known how that move would have come across.
