SEO Lesson - Don't use Frames

I read a lot of debate on the topic of using frames and search engine optimization, the majority consensus seemed to be that frames were not ideal for SEO. In retrospect, I agree completely with this position:

Don't use frames of any kind for optimal search engine optimization.

I won't get into the rationale and potential problems with frames. My experience has shown that is can be very beneficial to avoid using frames, wherever possible.
