Lunch at Sakkara Restaurant
Finally, at 4 PM, it was time for lunch. We ate at Sakarra Restraurant, and were greeted by group of Egyptians serenading us with music. Lunch consisted of Egyptian bread (pitas) cooked fresh in a wood oven and souvlaki. The food was very good, but the whole setup here was very touristy. If you have tasted pita or naan fresh out of a wood burning oven, you don't know what you are missing -- its fantastic.
