Tamarind Indian Restaurant

After leaving Starbucks, we then took the subway down to 23rd street to meet Mike and Vicky for dinner. Their building is at 24th Street East and 3rd Avenue. The apartment elevator was broken so we had to walk up the 7 flights of stairs. The apartemnt was small, but nice, including fireplace.

We had dinner at Tamarind Indian Restaurant on 22nd street. The food was fantastic! We had some tamarind shitake muchrooms, shrimp, chicken maharaja, and a lamb dish. We had fuldi ice cream for dessert.
