Tigrou, we've gotcha covered. Click on the Google Balls (heh heh). If you mouse over the icon, it says "Change Google Toolbar behavior and layout options." The top option is "Search using" and you can select any current Google country domain from the drop-down.

perfecttommy, a few people have requested that, so we wanted to give that ability.

dougb, I like that suggestion. In the current beta, you can whitelist a site by clicking the pop-up button. That will allow pop-ups from that site. So any site that is useful to you, you can set it to allow pop-ups.

jrobbio, the Mozilla folks have done a great job on the Googlebar. I'm glad that they've done such a cool job. Mozilla already supports some of these features (e.g. pop-up killing), I think.

Brett, isn't WebmasterWorld already on everybody's list of bookmarks?

dougb, you may just be cranky today, but I'll ask about it. I'm not sure if there's a standard way of connecting to any blog (Movable Type, or whatever) software. Anyway, I'll ask.

Xoc, I thought that was pretty funny too. Google doesn't name our indices; Brett and his trusted naming council here at WebmasterWorld do that.

I also enjoyed that the article asked if we were going to pay more attention to revenue than quality/search. Just FYI, I mentioned a new beta of Toolbar 2.0 over in the Google Toolbar forum. People may want to check out some of the neat things that we put into the new toolbar version for users.

Not much new from a webmaster perspective, but the beta includes pop-up killing, auto form-filling, and some other fun things.

Hey, Salon has an article pointing to WebmasterWorld--congrats Brett. To read the article, I needed to watch an Ultramercial for Microsoft, and the ads had search boxes for Ask Jeeves, but it was an enjoyable read. I'd be curious what people thought about it..
