shrirch, judging from the details that you've included, it seems probable that you have been disapproved in error. My best advice would be to reply directly to the email(s) you received, and briefly explain how/why you feel the disapproval is incorrect.
We are completely open to admitting a mistake, and will quickly reinstate the ads. In such a case, a note will be added to your account to prevent a similar error being made in the future. It is not a bad idea to specifically request that this be done in your email.
And if a mistake was made, please accept our apologies.
