ZagZag, if post 8 in the thread that eWhisper pointed to doesn't help you to pinpoint your issue, then my best advice would be to write to AdWords Support using the 'Contact Us' link within your account. Be sure to fill in all the fields in the header. Or, as an alternative, use the toll-free phone number that has been posted here several times of late. I hope you'll be up and running soon! AWA

why my adwords account credit card being declined after i change to use my previous amex card?i start with amex card then change to visa electron then to amex but being declined then visa electron also being declined. i had email adwords support a lot of times but no reply from them.what should i do.i cant even register new account with my amex card. ask them to delete my account but no reply.anybody got a fax number of google company/adwords department?
