If you have lots of people clicking on your ad, but they are not doing business with you - it is quite likely that they are not finding what they were looking for on your site.

For example, if you deliver them to your home page and then expect them to navigate to the page that is most related to what they searched for, they may not have the patience to hang around and search again.
If this sounds familiar, then consider using PowerPosting (much discussed in this Forum) to send Google's user to a unique (and pertinent) page on your site on a per-keyword basis. Sending our user to the page where they see exactly what they were looking for greatly increases your chances of converting a click into a customer.

By the way, you'll note that you can use the same tool to give each keyword is own CPC as well.
