We need to unlearn the way business communicates with customers. Businesses need to remember that they are people, and sop are their customers. It's time to stop hiding behind faceless logos and static "brochure" web sites. Real communication, real interaction, and staning for something real are keys to the rebirth of business, in my opinion.
