just wanted to mention that along with the salt and paper shakers you recieve a Monk's metal napkin dispencer.

It's about freaking time that they released the best sitcom known to man on DVD. If you're a Seinfeld fan and don't own these, you're no Seinfeld fan!

It is amazing to me that it has taken this long to come out with a Seinfeld box set. This is a very impressive package. I think I could do without the salt and pepper shakers, but having the original script and notes by Larry David is a nice plus, as is all the added footage this set promises. They've been plugging this one hot and heavy on television and AOL even has a special promo with a poll being conducted for best episode. Hard to choose from the 41 episodes collected here. A bit pricy, but if you take out the Amazon Visa Card you can save $30.

I love Seinfeld just as much as the next guy, but I went supernova when I saw that they are releasing best-of dvds. I want every episode, I don't care how bad some of them are.

- Jerry makes $268M but the support cast get shafted. Why?
Ok, like everyone I am going to buy these DVDs and love them.

But why oh why are Jerry and Larry shafting the supporting cast members? They almost didn't even add commentary to the DVDs.

Great comedy, but the serious greed factor of the key writers/producers/directors/actor spoils it for me.
