Rating: - What else do I need from the "Jerk Store"?
OH MAN!!11 I had no idea this show was coming to DVD. I was fortunate enough to do a Google search tonight for Seinfeld and saw a link for the DVD. So I came here, to Amazon (where I do most of my shoping, IT ROCKS!) and looked up the Seinfeld DVD, and to my surprise, it was true, the Seinfeld DVD I've been yearning to get my nacho cheese encrusted hands on is finally being released. OH JOY!! My birthday is right around the corner, September 8th(Send presents. I'll be waiting patiently, so hurry up) and now I know what I'm gonna be asking for. Well, it won't be out yet, but I'll be using my B-Day money for the pre-order , as well as buying every other DVD of Seinfeld when it's for sale. This show is well worth the price of admission, and my "hard earned money". To own what is one of the funniest, if not funniest shows ever on TV is priceless. And now that the DVD is coming, I'm set. Actually come to think of it, the release date is closer to Christmas, and I defiantly will be asking for this. Looks like Santy Clause will be receiving an extra helping of cookies laced with LSD, and a tall glass of rat's milk. Wait, Santa won't get it for me, ever since the incident with that jolly old fat #@&$, neither will my friends or family, due to their undying feeling of animosity, and apathy torwards me. Go figure? Hell, I' ll buy it MYSELF, with MY money, and it will be all MINE... Huh? No, officer, never seen it before. Am I driving? Brah. Whoa-What?? Oh well, Hello there. I didn't see you come in. Anywho, Welcome to the radioday crank's review. Take it from this egocentric, deranged, schizophrenic maniac. Get the Seinfeld Gift Set for whatever reason you have, or don't, but be forewarned - Some of my best purchases have been the DVD sets of my favorite shows. There's just something about having every season, and every episode, unedited, ready to watch whenever your lazy ass wants to, without needing to endure the long, annoying and boring (much like my review) commercials that are shown durring the show's reruns. Plus the DVD's extras sound wicked hot. Lets face it, life sucks, and any hope is fastly dwindling, BUT all you need is your favorite music, and TV shows to pass the tedious hours of our sad, insignificant lives away. Wants without needs you may need to sleep. Thanks Seinfeld! This is gonna be cool!!

Rating: - . . . AND THE COUNTDOWN HAS BEGUN
Like everyone else who wants this DVD set, I've been waiting for Seinfeld to be put out for a long, long time. Now that a date has been released and the show is available to be pre-ordered, the torcherous countdown to November 23 has begun. It's not like it's not worth the wait, though. Most shows take a few seasons to reach thier prime, but Seinfeld only took a couple episodes. With classic characters and outstanding performances (it is an outrage that Jason Alexander never won an emmy as George Costanza), Seinfeld ranks among the elite in not only sitcoms, but all of TV history. The phrase "not to be missed" gets thrown around a lot, but Seinfeld is one of the few shows where it applies. I for one will buy every season that becomes available, not matter what the price... and I know I am not alone.
Rating: - I grew up on this show
I was only three years old when Seinfield first aired and I used to watch it when i was around 7. I would watch the new episodes every week and was sad when the show ended. But with the introduction of the DVD box set I can watch all of Seinfield whenever i want and not just reruns. Best decesion every to come out with Seinfield on Box Set. Laugh out loud comedy all the way.

I remember 1998 very well. I was just 15 and felt like my world was coming to an end. Michael Jordan was retiring and Seinfeld was airing it's last episode. I thought, what more do I have to live for? Now, if someone told me back then that I would still be watching all the reruns religiously every night 6 years later, i'm not sure I would have believed them.
I have been very tempted to buy these DVD packs made at home by people and then sold on the internet. I guess I just thought it would never be made officially for DVD. But now that it has, oh man am I excited.
Seinfeld is a show I don't think i'll ever grow tired of. I can see myself being 85 years old(hoping that i'm lucky enough or unlucky enough as others may see it to make it to that age) and watching Seinfeld as my grandkids come and sit on my lap asking, "whatcha watching papa?" And i'll of course reply, "Oh nothing dear. It's a show about nothing."
