Rating: - Sensational Season 4
This season was the start of Seinfeld becoming an institution.
Season 4 was undoubtedly the season when Jerry and the gang took over everybody's TV's and it became one of the most watched shows on television. An amazingly funny series featuring some of the greatest episodes of all time. Don't bother reading anymore reviews, just go out and buy it, NOW!!!!.
Rating: - Got to love the Sein!
The best TV comedy show ever came into its own in Season 4 with such classic episodes as "The Contest", "The Bubble Boy", "The Junior Mint" and "The Cheever Letters". Jason Alexander is the standout of this season, especially when he's treating his body like it was an amusement park. And Kramer, what a great character, played by an enormously talented actor, Michael Richards. Jerry Seinfeld and Julia Louis-Dreyfuss are side-splittingly-amazing. Larry David's writing is so sharp, the episodes so witty and urbane, it's always been my favorite TV comedy. It will forever remain in the Pantheon of great shows like Dallas, Frasier and Lost. A classic series that reached its peak at this season and stayed at the top until its finale, this must-have TV laugh-fest is great watching and the DVD extras (Including some fantastic out-takes!) are commendable. Long live the Sein!
Rating: - A trendy wad of phlegm in the throat of pop culture
By Season 4, Seinfeld had become a trendy wad of phlegm in the throat of pop culture. Before this Season, the show was mind-numingly dull, and from here on after, it was just plain absurd... and still managed to be damn boring. I know Seinfeld fans love to say this is the appeal of the whole show, but if a TV series can't offer more interesting things than four New York City yutzs, and countless product placements for Snapple and Rold Gold pretzels, then there's something wrong if it has viewers let alone any fans. Last Thanksgiving, Jerry participated in a Seinfeld clip show interspersed with boring commentary by Larry David. He called it the "Seinfeld Reunion", but was anything but. Jason Alexander "reminisced" (bullshi*ted) his way through nothing of importance. Richards and Dryfus didn't even participate. One of the most noticeable things (besides the fact that half the cast was absent from this "Reunion") was that the commentary sessions weren't even held in the same room, done on the same days, or even conducted by people associated with the show. I'm sure Seinfeld fans were thankful for nothing when they saw that.

Hope that helps you. Seinfeld is hilarious. For example in the Bubble Boy episode "Moops" is the answer to the Trivial Pursuit question "Who invaded Spain in the 8th century A.D.?" according to George Costanza in the episode The Bubbleboy. The Bubbleboy contested the answer and suggested it was the Moors (which is correct). George, being the stubborn individual he is, refused to accept the response as the card clearly said Moops (presumably a typo).
Rating: - Hilarious, Definitely in the Tradition of Seinfeld
