The round silver polished stainless steel watch case features a thin gold-tone bezel. It also has a Mother-of-Pearl dial background and thin gold hands and dial markers at 3, 6, 9, and 12 o'clock. It's connected delicately to the chic adjustable bangle bracelet in polished silver stainless steel, which is highlighted by gold tone accents next to the watch case. Other features include Japanese quartz movement, a scratch-resistant mineral crystal, and water resistance to 30 meters (99 feet).
Mother-of-Pearl is the pearlescent material found on the inside of mollusk shells like abalone, oysters, and mussels, which can be scraped off, sliced thin, and applied to all manner of jewelry.

I really like this watch. It is very feminine and dainty. I trust that it is a quality watch since it is a Citizen. It has a very classy appearance.

This is a gorgeous watch ... exactly what I was looking for. However, it does not work. I presume it's the battery, but how would I know? Reluctantly, it goes back.
