The pre-wedding party will be held at 330 Richmond Street East. It's a condo apartment building on the south-east corner of Richmond and Sherbourne. See the red star in the map below. (note that Sherborune is not labeled in the map below, it's the vertical street by the red star)
The party will be held in the Party Room. Just tell security that you are here for the party and they will direct you to the party room.
Update: There is paid parking at 330 Richmond (I think it's a 'Green P') for $4.00 flat rate between 6pm - 6am)
